Can I pay at counter or upon arrival? No. The hotel will not collect any payment from customer unless instructed. Online Rates are applicable and prepayment to be made before arrival.

Any hidden charges?Our rates are already inclusive of all taxes except tourism Tax (RM10 per room) for tourist and foreigners to be paid upon arrival and state's taxes (unless notified)
